These classic buds form slowly and open to a huge (5” in the spring), ruffled rose. The rich ruby red color holds up in hot sun. Large leaves with reddish color. Disease resistant. Oprah Winfrey chose this rose to honor women. We were lucky to have some last year in our nursery; they proved to be quite a success! Fragrance is moderately fruity. 5’+.
