Inventory Manager

Poli, as Maureen’s friends call her, hails from Hawaii and started working for Yamagami’s in 1990 in the facilities department. At that time, she was involved with customer carry outs, receiving and stocking, and overall maintenance of the nursery appearance. In just over a year, the mother of two worked her way up to Facilities Manager and held that position for three years. In 1994, she became the Manager of the Cashier Department and spent another three years gaining experience with the cash registers, bookeeping procedures and scheduling. Poli is currently the Operations Manager, overseeing both the facilities and cashier departments.

Her experience in both departments and knowledge of Ron and Preston’s commitment to excellence allows her to run a smooth operation that is focused on customer-friendly cashier service and the availability of high-quality plants and products.
